Monitoring In/Out: what that can be?

After monitoring my idle Windows for half an hour (I did not start any
application) the NetMon logged twice the following:
Destination:
money.service.services.msn.com.nsatc.net
Protocol:
TCP
Description:
TCP: Flags=..R.A..., SrcPort=49197, DstPort=HTTP(80), Len=0, Seq=2253329453,
Ack=2176818643, Win=0 (scale factor not found)

Re: Monitoring In/Out: what that can be?

I have my own money but not MS Money :-)
In fact there is nothing running except virgin Windows plus up-to-date
updates.
I have not installed any other programs except Network Monitor.
