back up

I am unable to complete a back up to dvd when using norton anti-virus. The
program says a file is still"open".It has something to do with, windows mail
ms message store. What is this and how do I access it? Also how do I get rid
of it?

Re: back up

Norton can't seem to figure that out either. All the reports I see here have
given up on that type anti-virus, and uninstalled it. (Fixing the problem)
and then finding a new anti-virus (since Norton is referring people to MS
for any help on that)
