To have the context-menu[s] user-adjustable as it was with
XP & TweakUI (2.1).

I have browsed high, I have browsed low (Google, Yahoo);
*nothing* has been found to equal the sheer usefulness of
TweakUI.

I'm stuck. And _desperate_. Also pi**ed (!!!). Is there _any_ simple,
known way of user-setting that dang Vista context-menu?

There are a number of context menus in Vista. Anything in particular you're
trying to achieve?

All TweakUI does is give a GUI interface to particular keys in the registry.
Until a TweakUI for Vista is made, you will have to find the keys you need
to change by searching Google.

I found this for menu-speed:

Menu Show Delay Time

Vista Manager is an excellent app as well. Basically a 3rd party TweakUI.
Fixes all the issues you mentioned.
