SP1 and defragging

FYI:

SP1 allows you to select individual vols to defrag via the GUI.
There is still no display of fragmentation or progress of defragging
It just took 12 minutes on my relatively new/clean setup of Vista with SP1,
though I had used XP SP2's on it 2 days ago.

You can download 2 free defrag utils here to use along with the vista one,

have visual feedback

(I like the first one better)

Probably the best suggestion (but a little on the expensive side) would be
to just
Pave the yard or use Concrete!
