Vista - Double email to one account in Windows Mail Vista Home Prem.

I used the setting transfer and everything works except I get double
messages for one of my three POP3 accounts. I deleted the offending mail
setup so now I only get one for that account I can't manage it. So where do
I find this ghost setup for this account?

and then I also checked that email when I ran Outlook. I was getting
both the forwarded and original emails. I stopped checking and
