Perhaps you have the letters backward, and you are using LSD instead
of DSL.

More seriously, if you're looking for help, you need to be much more
specific about your problem. I have no idea what you mean when all you
say is "How do I Fix Vista?" and "It always flashes green and blue."

This is actually a well know issue with Vista, all you need is a hammer to
fix this problem. 3 strikes to the screen and 4 to the HD should do it.
