I loaded the latest version (AVG 7.1 SoHo edition) just fine. The only
issue was logging into different accounts would trigger a full system
scan. I changed the scheduler and all is good again...

Later,

I use TrendMicro PC-cillin Internet Suite 14 in Vista, and I have no issues
to report. In fact, on my current dual-boot box (Vista on one
partition/hard disk and XP Pro (with SP2+all hotfixes and patches) on the
other), Vista is where I'm spending most of my time....for reasons of
stability.

You read right. Vista is trumping XP in stability.

I have Office 2007 beta 2 installed on both partitions, and my two primary
Office apps (Word and Outlook) are not just more stable in Vista, but
actually run smoother. I have Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo Messenger 8
installed also, along with the new AOL 9 SE beta for Vista and XP (since AOL
became free for broadband users like myself, I've started joining more of
their beta programs, especially relating to Vista).

So far, my only nitpick is with Diskeeper 10 for Vista; it refuses to
install (error 1920 during the install). Very Frustrating. So right now I
have no disk defragmenter beyond the very basic one included with Vista.
