Vista - Recycle Bin Disappeared

Hey there. My recycle bin has disappeared off my computer. I ran a search
here and I've already seen the other topics and none of those solutions
helped. I went to Personalize, Change desktop icons and made sure my Recycle
Bin box was checked, clicked OK, restarted my computer and nada. Still no
recycle bin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tanya, you forgot to click APPLY first before OK. Tara's question is right
under yours, please read the reply I gave to her. I gave her the step be
step.
