| | Tech Support and Newsgroups Does Microsoft have a tiger team, if not the MVPs, that watches these forums to identify trends from the subject lines? Within this first week of using this forum I have seen a lot of the same issues over and over. or Does Microsoft already know the problems and working to fix them for later releases? |

I suppose the possibility does exist however that Microsoft employees who use these forums have on some level told the support guys at Microsoft about a particular issue. I say it is a possibility, because some time ago I had a problem with a Gigabyte TV Tuner and Windows Vista Media Center. It took a chance visit to these forums by an employee of Cyberlink (who provided the software CD that came supplied with the Gigabyte TV Tuner), and within a matter of hours, a non-tech employee of Cyberlink provided me with the solution where there own and Gigabyte's support channels failed. |
