Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

I continue to get this problem after bringing the computer out of sleep /
hybernation, sometimes it is accompanied by a message that says windows has
recovered from an unexpected shutdown. The pc also doesn't seem to be able
to go through a normal shut down, just continues to show the "windows is
shutting down" & wheel keeps rolling. Please help, i finally did the right
thing and and purchased new & now feel stuck

RE: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

I downloaded the fix, now the computer shuts down properly, but when I turn
back on, i get an error with the side bar. Also, this morning when I brough
it our of sleep, it had another unexpected shutdown, the error message was
basically the same but with a little less info so I will try to research it a
bit on Microsoft. Thanks again for your help, we made some progress
