Vista - Internet Explorer stops working in Tab browsing...

Hi all,
Does anyone have any suggestion for me?
When I have multi tab browsing on and close one of the tabs down I get an
error message that internet explorer has stopped working.... all tabs then
close down... do you know the solution to stop this from happening? It's so
annoying and would appreciate any support!

programs> accessories> and run the ie icon tha says= no add-ons

see if that solves your problem..

if it does it means its an addon.. post back and I will tell you how to
remove them

Hi,

Click the start button and type 'internet explorer' into the search line.
One of the menu entries will read (no addons). Select this mode and see if
the problem still occurs.

If not, then you will need to reopen it normally and go into tools/internet
options/programs tab and click the button to manage addons. Then disable
those loading and running with IE until the unwanted behavior stops
happening.

In Internet Explorer you can go to the Tools icon in the right-hand upper
corner>click on Tools>Manage Add-ons

While you are there, tick the Menu Bar, as MS in their wisdom hides "file,
edit, view, etc" by default(just to make it harder for the average person)
