Hi, I just got a new HP laptop with Vista Home edition. I have it plugged
into a docking station and am hard wired to a router, then to my
Konica-Minolta 5430 DL color laser printer (latest firmware update
installed). I was able to go through the recommended manufacturer processes
to install the Vista drivers I downloaded (the original install CD was only
for XP). I even got to print a test page. Unfortunately, now when I try to
print a web page from Word, IE or Firefox, the page goes to the print que and
errors out. The printer does not show in the network map. I have uninstalled
Norton and turned off the Windows Firewall. No luck. The internet works fine,
though...
Any idea what is going on?
Thanks!
