Outlook 2003 autocomplete in Vista

    Outlook 2003 autocomplete in Vista

    Since I am using my Outlook 2003 under Vista, I found that autocomplete does
    not work anymore, i.e. last used adresses are not remembered from session to
    session (shutting down outlook or rebooting PC). Every time I restart Outlook
    my recently used adresses are gone !
    Is this a known bug or does anyone know what is wrong?

    Outlook has had some recent Updates. You can try removing them to see what
    happens.

    This is no "recent" problem, I found this behaviour since I started with this
    Vista laptop beginning of January, but it starts to get very annoying.

    Microsoft Office 2003, specifically the Outlook 2003 application, does have known compatibility issues with Vista. You'll need to go to the Microsoft Download Center to check for updates for Office 2003 that may resolve your issue.

    Or upgrade to Office 2007...
