| Guest | SP 1 on windows update and technet They released it to tame the beast :-) SP1 does improve performance and stability... I have been using it for quite a while. |

Press the mouse key. i'm guessing this was meant to be smart..... but perhaps you didn't understand me... i WAS checking for updates and the site simply said use your control panel, which I did, and it told me that it was already up to date. so when i was asking how to push it, i wanted to know how others were actually accessing the download. however, someone else posted a link to the downloads page, which had the service pack. so i'm in the middle of installing it now. however i could not get it through the updates. that's why i was asking how others were pushing it. thanks anyways.... |
