| | itunes hangs on exiting / bad idea to "sync" itl and xml library f At first I thought my hanging issues were the result of synching my itl and xml library files from another pc (which on the remote pc.. i use the exact same drive letter/folder structure as the home, base pc).. I was trying to find an easier to way to update the changes i would make to my built in itunes playlists on the home pc.. rather than than just reimporting m3u versions of the playlist or manually changing things twice on each pc... So i put back the original itl and xml files.. but every time i click exit on itunes it just hangs.. i have to kill the task in Vista (x86, sp1).. The problems and reports shows apphangB1.. apop version 7.6.1.9.. app time stamp 47bb3aa0, hang signature 3c5f hang type 2048... If i connect as a different user, i have no issues exiting the program under that id... Any thoughts out there? Any thoughts on whether its a bad or good idea to sync the itl / xml files or an alternative way to keep changes to playlists on a 2nd pc in sync with the primary, short of the methods i currently use.. as of now i'm not synching the xml/itl's anymore, though i dont think this was what is causing the hangs. Thanks |
