Hello Everyone,
I am specifically looking for help from one of the Microsoft Support folks.
I have an open support case with Vista and offline files for a month. I was
working with what I assume is Microsoft's India support division. There has
been NO action on this case for weeks and I need a resolution to this issue.
How can I get this case escallated and transferred to someone here in the
continental US to get this resolved?
