Vista - Disk manager sees new drive, Explorer does not

Disk manager sees new drive, Explorer does not

I added a 500GB external drive (WD MyBook), formatted it successfully,
but Windows Explorer still does not see it. (Disk manager recognizes
it.)

Any suggestions?

Make sure you have a drive letter assigned
