Vista - Unable to burn DVDs using Windows DVD Maker

Hi,

Each time I've tried to burn a recorded TV program from Windows Media
Center, I'm unable to burn using Media Center or DVD Maker. Below is the
error message information I receive after the program stops working. On
other attempts to burn the same TV program, I've received the error message
stating that ATI Multimedia Center has stopped working. There is mention of
a problem with "atimcenc.dll" I've been unable to find such a file on my
computer. Can anyone help? Thanks
