| | Voice Recognition, more commands query I find the commands available to be limited, given the number of actions needed to run the computer and dictate documents. Is there a source of additional commands (i.e., a list somewhere) or can one add commands to the program in some way? I'm extremely 'low-tech' but hoping to make the program useful for me, as I have some difficulty with pain and would like to be able to use speech input as much as possible. -- Magpie48 Social Justice for All |

| | Re: Voice Recognition, more commands query Any task can be run from a file that in turn could be run from a single click. It's the essence of using a computer. You might prepare a set of commands in a *.bat file, and run that from a shortcut. You will probably want to find some local help to show you how some of those thing might be done. Once you see how to do it, you will probably be able to do it yourself. -- Was this helpful? Then click the Ratings button. | | Re: Voice Recognition, more commands query Thanks very much Mark. It all sounds a bit beyond me but I can get someone to help me with a *.bat file when they're available to do so. I did hope I was just not finding it in the program, LOL; no such luck, I guess. -- Magpie48 Social Justice for All "Mark L.
