Access to folder denied to administrator

I cant even move my folders in the start up programs menu, i'm logged in as
administrator and it says acces to folder denied, try again or cancel?
Please help thanks

Skyman,

Right click on the folder and select take ownership. That should allow you to alter it's settings.

Wrong folder to access those. Try
C:\Users\<user id>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

Wrong folder to access those. Try
C:\Users\<user id>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

This folder only exists in the guest folder. It doesn't exist in the other
users folders. Maybe thats the problem?
