Vista - DVD Maker Shuts Down

Hi,

I'm reposting this information with the hope that someone will be able to
assist me. This is just so frustrating! Thanks for any help!

Each time I've tried to burn a recorded TV program from Windows Media
Center (or any other video for that matter), using DVD Maker, the program
shuts down. I've copied the error message information I receive after the
program stops working. There is mention of a problem with "atimcenc.dll".
I've been unable to find such a file on my computer. I've never yet been
successful using this program.
