| | Thumbnail Problem Hi 1. I recently purchased a new computer with Vista Home Premium. It replaced an older computer with XP. 2. The old computer properly displayed thumbnails in Windows Explorer for both JPEG and TIFF files. 3. The new computer in the Computer Folder (aka Windows Explorer) does not display the thumbnail from the file. Instead, the correct thumbnail flashes by and is replaced by a mysterious reddish icon. 4. This happens for JPEGs and TIFFs from stored files on DVDs and from images made within the new computer by Corel PhotoPaint. 5. This happens for all "Views". 6. However, the files open correctly in Corel PhotoPaint. 7. BMP files correctly display the thumbnail in Windows Explorer (Computer Folder). CAN THIS BE CORRECTED ? Thanks for any help and/or suggestions. Phil |
