Windows Experience Index

I have an Intel Core Duo E6700 CPU. For sure not the slowest CPU out
there and still I had only a 5,2 in the Windows Experience Index for
the CPU with Vista Build 5472 but now with Build 5536 I have only 4,6.
My old P4 had a better rating with Build 5472, I really wonder how MS
is measuring this.

Re: Windows Experience Index

Well, I guess I do have the slowest CPU out there --- I have a 3 Ghz Pentium
4 (w/ Hyperthreading), a couple years old, and I ranked a "1".
