| | eMachines chat support is appalling! They will tell you to do a complete reinstall for any issue, including minor sleep issues with known fixes. Google works circles around them and makes them useless on everything. Why do they even exist except to sell you up? Phone support is slightly better but chat is a total joke on any issue large or small. I am a newspaper writer and am working on a story about this and would like to hear your experiences. |
