How to delete C:\BACKUP

I had to recover my computer a couple times and I do not need the backups
anylonger. How do you delete the folder

u need to login as administrator, by doing that u need to go to user manger to enable the admin account and disable all user who had admin right.

when u login with admin account, then u can delete the folder.
