Vista - Vista BlueScreen Error and Crash

I have been getting the Blue Screen Error and my system crashed, sometimes 5
times a day, I have tried all sorts of things, starting with cleaning up my
computer, temps, cookies, etc., contacted Microsoft and HP which are the
manufacturer of my computer. Nothing helped, I was told to do a F11 - system
restore. I did not, but it seems I have found the solution on my own and it
is not complicated and does not cost anything! I've downloaded SpyBot, which
is free and ran it 4 days ago, my system has not crashed once since! So,
before you spend mega dollars, try it! It worked for me.
