| | Control Panel doesn't show up in Vista SOLVED Since yesterday I had this problem accessing the Control Panel in Vista, the only thing I changed to the system was adding a Hauppauge TV Card. What would happen is that when you clicked on Control Panel nothing would be visible where the categories would normally appear, and sometimes it would load blank and immediately quit. I found the fix here http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...6222229AABC5Vq starting the Windows Software Licensing service fixed it and I set it to automatic from manual. Control Panel blank Control Panel nothing shows up |

I tried setting a delay of 10 seconds by putting 10 into the parameters box of the delayed start but it won't accept it, what do I need to put in there, what is the syntax. |
