Yes. The instructions on that page are incorrect!

In fact it's just worked - the instructions on that page are ambiguous - the
command should be executed in the folder which CONTAINS the favorites
folder - the page says "navigate to your favorites folder" which in my book
says go INTO your favorites folder...
