| Guest | Live links in Windows Mail I am unable to access internet live links from Windows Mail. When I try, I get - 'Internet Explorer has stopped working' 'a problem caused the program to stop working correctly' 'Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available', which of course it does not! The same applies if I click Start / Help and Support - I am unable to access any of the live links under 'Ask Someone'. I have posed this question in microsoft/public/windows/vista/mail but they are unable to help. I am trying to find a solution without having to pay Microsoft £40+. Any light that can be thrown on this matter would be much appreciated. John King |

| Guest | RE: Live links in Windows Mail I concur with Mark. Had a similar problem within last few weeks and followed the steps in Mark's link. Ultimately, had to Reset Internet Explorer settings (which the link will lead you to, if necessary). Since doing that reset, have yet to have another IE non-response. Good luck.
