Google Toolbar

Whenever I switch my Pc on, after vista has alunched a explorer window opens,
with an error message This program cannot display the webpage, the header mis
Google Toolbar, which i don't have installed, the window will not close or
minimise, it will just let me drag it to the bottom of the page.
I have searchged for Google toolbar on my pc and found nothing.
Any ideas how I can stop thjis happening each time I swith on/

In IE, Tools menu, "Manage Add Ons" you will be able to disable that add on.

Control Panel / uninstall a program Uninstall the toolbar if there. If it
is not there, you can Google for it and install it, then uninstall it and
see if that gets rid of it, and you can edit the registry to see where it
gets loaded and remove it. There are several free programs that will help
you locate what registry entries to look for. Eset SysInspector could help.
