It should install like most other updates from Microsoft and they don't require uninstalling antivirus software. |

Just disabling it's real time monitoring of the system is NOT sufficient. You should *completely* disable it's Services and startup files. Services and startup files can be temporarily disabled in the System Configuration Utility.
