Vista tooltip

I`m despaired. Been searching for a few day and i can`t figure out a way to
disable taskbar tooltip. The quick launch icon is small enough and of course
i know that Word is used to "Create and edit professional-looking documents
such as letters, papers, reports, and booklets by using Microsoft Office
Word." or IE7 is used to "Finds and displays information and Web sites on the
Internet." It's very annoying when those things pop up all the time.

They're only supposed to pop-up when you hold your mouse over the icons for a set time. Basically, you're annoying yourself by forcing a tooltip? Just don't hold the mouse over the icons.

If you right click the icons in the QuickLaunch bar, and go to Properties >
Shortcut tab, you can delete the Comments there, if it bothers you so much.
You will still get a shorter Tooltip that says what it is though.
