Vista - Icons on Rt side of toolbar

How do I delete or keep icons from loading on rt side of toolbar when system
starts?

Instead, use Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and do not stop any services
unless you really, really know what you're doing.

Don't Panic!

Start/all programs/Windows Defender/Tools menu/System Explorer. Highlight
each item to see an explanation of what it does. They can be disabled if you
wish.
