Anyone have an idea about why .msc files (as in control panel
shortcuts) seem to not respond to Run As Administrator? If I open
control panel and say right click on the services.msc link and select
Run As Administrator, nothing happens. The registry for msc files looks
ok with as far as RunAs goes. Very strange. This was true pre-SP1 and
is still true.
