Vista - Windows photo gallery does not work anymore

Clicking on the icon does not start the application anymore, I think this
may be the case after insalling Visat SP1 but my timing could be off, any
idea's anyone?

see if it starts if you click the start orb, and type:

"%ProgramFiles%\Windows Photo Gallery\WindowsPhotoGallery.exe"
