| | Bitlocker halts boot up with error that winload.exe has been chang I activated Bitlocker on my new Lenovo Thinkpad X61 Tablet running Vista Ultimate. It ran fine for about a week. Then one day on reboot I got the black screen with an error message saying “...Settings for the following boot application have changed since Bitlocker was enabled…” and it listed winload.exe as the offending application. I used my USB drive to boot, and tried several times disabling and re-enabling bitlocker to no avail. I am still getting the error message at each boot up. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated- |

| | Re: Bitlocker halts boot up with error that winload.exe has been c That document lists three updates that Vista Ultimate needs before SP1, and I checked, all three have been installed already.
