I just Installed it (Virtual PC SP1) on top of Windows Vista (It gave me a Program Compatibility Warning on Install, however), everything is fine after the Required Re-boot. The new download incorporates changes to the EULA in compliance with a change concerning redistribution rights announced yesterday. The bits did not change.
