The Work Around that I used was: I Downloaded Microsoft Office 2007 Beta 2 (using the Smart Source Program) on a Windows XP Service Pack 2 Based Computer, and then I Transferred the .exe file over my Home Network to my Windows Code Name Long Horn Server Beta 2 computer, just FYI. Burned it to CD and tried to install on 5384.4 and it threw a dlg box telling me I needed administrator rights to install... well, since my user acct IS part of the administrators group... didn't make much sense. I went and dicked around with gpedit for the UAC or whatever it is stuff... still wouldn't work. I added my acct to the users group... and that seemed to do the trick...
