defragging

Hello,

I have Vista home premium. I have set disk defrag on a schedule as
recommended and I assume it is working OK, but how can I be sure it's
working ? There seems to be no way of viewing a disk map or defrag activity
as there used to be in XP?

Thanks for all advice

K

Re: defragging

Open up the Scheduler after the date of run. You'll see the date it ran
last..

Re: defragging

Check Task Scheduler.
-or-
Open Defrag UI (dfrgui.exe) and you can check the "Last run" date and timestamp.
