Would it make a difference

Im currently using vista64 with G-Skill 8GB PC2-8500 dual channal 1066Mhz, and i was thinking of getting 8GB OCZ Rally2 dual Channal for Ready Boost, would i see a difference in games and apss.

Using Ready Boost with 8GB of system RAM would be a waste of time. You would
see no improvement. Ready Boost is fine for system with 512MB to 1GB of RAM
with system RAM above 2GB any improvement would be negligible.

Almost certainly not. ReadyBoost's value is for systems with a minimal
amount of RAM (512MB - 1GB). With 8GB, it won't do anything for you.

By the way, even with a minimal memory machine, I think the money
spent for a ReadyBoost thumb drive would be better spent for
additional RAM. So for all practical purposes, almost *everyone* is
better off not using ReadyBoost.
