Some apps are written to install for All > Users and some offer the option of just installing for the Current > User. shortcuts to individual user profile Start Menu folders. The apps can still be run by anybody who know where to locate them, but they will not appear in the Start Menu. All users Start Menu folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs User profile Start Menu folder: C:\Users\<userprofile>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu Charlie42 |
