ActiveX component

I have a visual basic console application. It works on Xp but gives following
error message on Vista Home Premium:
"Can not create ActiveX component"
Any comment/suggestion will be appreciated.

You are probably seeing a registry Permissions error. If it's a one time
thing, you can locate (or create) the components key in the registry, and
change the Permissions manually. If you are trying to write the app, you
need to 'impersonate'

Right click on the exe and choose Run as Administrator and see if it works
okay then.
