Vista Tutorial - Vista Service Pack 1

I heard it has been out a few weeks however it didn't show as available on
my 32bit laptop untill last week and it still isn't showing as available on
my 64bit machine. I want to install 3D Mark Vantage and that requires
Service Pack 1. When can I expect service pack 1 to show as available and
can I download it seperately and install?

Posting twice doesn't get you any more replies.
