=?Utf-8?B?Q3Jpc3RhbGNsZWFy?= n/a posts	Software licensing error code: 0xC004D103 When I startup Vista the secure licensing service reported that an unexpected error message 0xC004D103 occurred. The message was on the screen after I had requested an hotmail email adress.
