How are we supposed to know? Has your laptop even got Bluetooth? Or if you
have a desktop computer, does it have a Bluetooth USB dongle?

Enabling it is different, depending what laptop or dongle you have. On a
ThinkPad, you press Fn + F5 and press the Bluetooth button on the Wireless
Radios tab.

Re: blue tooth enable

hi

Go to Control panel and look for 'Bluetooth devices'. Click on in. Click on 'Add'. This will help you add a connection to a Bluetooth device. This will ask if you want to
A. use a passkey
If you decided to use a passkey , the system will ask if you want to
1. get the computer to generate a passkey
2. Use your own passkey

B. Not use passkey.

If you decide to use passkey, you will have to enter the passkey on the bluetooth device you are trying to connect to.

But I still have to figured out how to access the bluetooth devices files and other things

Cheers
