Save it as a .msg file. If you save it as htm or html, it will open with
your browser, if you save it as a msg, it will be a single file and open
with Outlook. Whenever I saved html files in XP, either from email or the
web, subfolders with content were always created. This is not a product of
Vista, rather your email client.
