Subscribers were notified by recent E-mails about the expansion of the site.
Current Vista build available is 5536.

That can't be right. MSDN and Technet paid hundreds of dollars more than CPP
and we get it at the same time as CPP. I smell something FOUL here!!!!

$ is probably not the driving factor.
