Lotus notes mail

I use lotus notes 6.5 via a vpn, I can open all of the programmes except the
mail file. the programme starts to open then hangs and freezes the whole
programme.

the following problem log has appeared on my home computor. Hope this makes
some sense to someone. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Hi,

May or may not be an issue with you, but I found that "Google Desktop" can
cause this problem with lotus notes 6.5 mail.

hi..all
have same problem and tried all above recomandations but,no solution.here below my log file for your reference.appreciate if anyone can help me on this issue.
