| | Keyboard Shortcuts Hi, I posted this in the Office (Word) forum and it was suggested that I post it here. I am using Office XP (Word 2002). I have Vista Business on my computer. I often need to insert one file into another. My method: alt i l on the keyboard. I then type the name of the file I want and press enter. Recently, the last part does not work. When I type the name of the file and press enter, it is displayed in the list but is not highlighted. I then have to mouse over to it and double click. Again, I know this sounds small but I really prefer using keyboard commands whenever possible. Thanks. |
