Vista - How do I unlock a listening port?

Bill Cohen n/a posts	How do I unlock a listening port? I'd like to be able to download torrent files quickly, but Bit Comet tells me that my listening port if blocked. Any help in an easy way to unblock it would be really appreciated. Thanks!
